BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Greenbriar, Jon was a Director of Operations with Chick-fil-A, leading a team of 100 members to achieve project objectives and milestones. His work to implement project management methodologies and tools resulted in a 14% improvement in store sales.

He was also a Supervisor with Sanderson Farms, overseeing a team of 75+ employees, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to company standards. His work resulted in a 22% reduction in workplace incidents, as well as an improvement in operational efficiency by 20%.

EDUCATION
John received his BS in Agricultural Business from Sam Houston State University and is currently completing the CPA Program with Dallas College.
