Jaime Salinas brings decades of restaurant operations experience to his role of Director of Operations Implementation and Support for Greenbriar Partners. He is a highly skilled restaurant operator, having worked across every aspect of operations. Jaime works directly with our clients and partners to optimize their operations processes and procedures, labor and scheduling, COGS and inventory management, food safety, etc as well as maximizing the guest experience through on-going training and development of the management teams and their team members.

Jaime began working with Greenbriar more than ten years ago on the Rusty Taco brand and has become one of the most valuable and trusted members of the Greenbriar team. His knowledge of restaurant operations is unparalleled, and he is able to identify problem areas within the restaurant quickly, working alongside clients and partners to implement real-time solutions that deliver sustainable results.

EXPERIENCE
Jaime worked on the Rusty Taco brand for Greenbriar in various roles for over ten years, ultimately becoming an Area Director for 4 locations in the DFW market. Prior to his work with Greenbriar, he honed his operations leadership skills in numerous roles at top QSR brands, including McDonalds, Chick fil A, and Burger King.
